? More Sidewall Traction and Protection: Like the BFGoodrich Krawler T/A KX, the heavy duty lugs of Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 extend down the sidewall, providing more grip especially when aired down. Meaning the new Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 can get out of the stickiest situations.
? Stronger and More Durable: Sidewall cords are up to 33% larger than the previous Mud-Terrain T/A KM, and provide the protection and durability off-roaders crave to really push the limits.
? Devasting Grip: A Linear Flex-Zone across the face of the tread, gives Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 the flexibility to wrap around obstacles for competition-level grip. And the self-cleaning tread of the Krawler? inspired tread pattern means mud simply can't hang on.
~ Tougher sidewalls. The KO2 uses CoreGard? Technology developed in the Baja T/A KR2 4WD tyre. Split and bruise-resistant sidewall rubber and a thicker, extended shoulder to prevent sidewall failures.
~ More all terrain mileage. The KO2 4x4 tyre has a new tread design and rubber formulation that helps it last twice as long on gravel and 15%
longer on bitumen than the previous KO tyre. The tread rubber has been optimally blended to reduce chips and tears on gravel.
~ Specially formulated tread compound. The KO2 4WD tyre also has a range of tread features for better mud and snow traction. Side biter lugs in the sidewall improve traction in mud, snow and rocks. Raised bars in the shoulder help release compacted mud for better traction in soft soil. 3D sipes create biting edges for better snow and sand traction.
